From weaning onwards...
Solutions for a peaceful meal.
In recent decades, much scientific evidence has shown that nutrition is one of the most important factors for the health of an individual, both as a child and as an adult. Proper healthy eating habits, started in early childhood and maintained over time, can help prevent diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, obesity and cardiovascular disease.
Since childhood food experiences influence habits over the following years, it is essential that the family both helps the child to grow healthy, teaching him to make correct food choices, and also to build a peaceful, balanced relationship with food.
