Artsana S.p.A., based in S. Catelli no. 1, 22070 Grandate (CO), as the body in charge of data processing, hereby informs you that the personal information you voluntarily provide by completing the registration form may be processed using paper, computer-based or telecommunications support methods, in order to manage your request to access to the stroller rental service.
The provision of data is optional. Failure to provide data will render using the above-mentioned service impossible.
With your express consent, personal data voluntarily provided by you by completion of the registration form may also be used for the following purposes: (i) for sending information, advertising materials and promotional products relating to Chicco via automated contact methods (email and text) or by post, and (ii) for customer satisfaction surveys, by telephone or by email, to allow us to gauge your opinion on the quality of Chicco products or services.
In addition, again with your express consent, personal data may be transferred to foreign branches or distributors, in both EU and non-EU states, by the party responsible for data processing, for use in independent data processing activities.
Authorisation for the processing of personal data for the above-mentioned direct marketing purposes is optional; however, refusal of authorisation renders the marketing activities mentioned above impossible. Any refusal to submit your personal data for direct marketing purposes by means of automated contact (email and text) will be taken to mean that any contact regarding direct marketing communications may only be made by regular mail or by contact with a telephone operator.
The information you provide will be processed using a range of security measures to ensure that information regarding the individual in question remains confidential and to prevent illegal access to this data by third parties or unauthorised personnel.
The information you provide will not be disseminated or disclosed to third parties. However, those in charge of handling personal data (employees and/or associates of the party responsible for data handling) may have access to this data, for the purposes set out in this disclosure, as well as third parties (in their capacity as managers) who are engaged by the party responsible for data handling for the provision of services. e) the subjects or types of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who will be able to access this data in the capacity of manager, agent or representative on State territory.
3) You have the right to obtain:
a) updates, correction, or where it interests you, integration of data;
b) the cancellation, anonymization or blocking of data which has been unlawfully processed, including data which does not need to be kept for the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification that the activities described in a) and b) have been communicated to those to whom the data was communicated or disseminated, and the contents of these, unless this requirement is deemed impossible or involves the use of means which are manifestly disproportionate to the right being protected.
4) You have the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning you, as well as to the collection of this data;
b) to the processing of personal data for the purposes of sending advertising materials, for direct sales, or for carrying out market research or commercial communications via automated contact methods (email);
c) to the processing of personal data for the purposes of sending advertising materials, for direct sales, or for carrying out market research or commercial communications via mail or via operator-assisted calls.
